Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 4 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Save the order confirmation page after checkout — your order ID is your reference number. For tracking updates email hello@fuelbar.in with your order ID.

Metros (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–4 working days.

Tier 2 cities: 3–5 working days.

Tier 3 and remote areas: 5–7 working days.

Because our bars are food, we cannot accept returns once the box has been opened.

If your order arrives damaged, melted in transit, or otherwise not in good condition, email a photo to hello@fuelbar.in within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or refund the order — your choice.

You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. Email hello@fuelbar.in with your order ID. After dispatch, the order is on its way and the regular returns policy applies.
